No! We always advocate responsible tracking. It's against our Terms and Conditions to track anyone without their consent and it is illegal in most jurisdictions to do so, including Australia.
 
Our mobile tracking app has been designed to display an indicator in the system tray when tracking is active in the background.
 
We do not support or condone covert tracking. Any account found to be doing this will be terminated immediately for breaking our Terms and Conditions and will not be eligible for a refund.

You can track one mobile phone for free for every active hardware tracker on your account! The free mobile tracking licence is automatically added to your account when you activate your hardware tracker.

No, it is not possible to have devices on different plans within the same account. Your Track My Ride account can monitor both mobile phones and hardware trackers, but all devices must be on the same plan – either the Lite plan or the Fleet Metrics plan. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs, but you cannot split your devices across multiple plans. If you need to change your plan, all devices associated with your account will be switched to the new plan.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Direct Debit from customers in Australia. You can also purchase prepaid annual credit vouchers over the phone from our team by calling 1300 553 022 (M-F 9-5 Vic, Australia)

You can cancel your account at any time from within your account settings billing area. Your subscription will be marked as non-renewing, though you can continue using the service at its current plan level until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. Sorry, we don’t offer refunds.
