We get it, you ordered a tracker from our online shop and you want your parcel yesterday! We'll do our best!

How to order?

You can order our GPS tracking hardware from our online shop. Thank you for your order!

How we pack and ship your order

We pack the orders that have been paid for each business day (Victoria), and dispatch them primarily via StarTrack Couriers. We use StarTrack as we find they give a very reliable service with tracking numbers, and they don’t lose our parcels. It’s win-win!

Our courier typically picks up our parcels from us at our Heidelberg West office each morning around 10am. The vast majority of orders are dispatched the next business day, but if not please allow up to 3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.

How you can track your order

When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number in an email from us. You can use this tracking number to track the shipment of your parcel.

How long will it take to be delivered?

This depends on where you live. We ship our parcels from our office in Heidelberg West, Victoria. Typically, it will take around 3-5 business days for a parcel to arrive in Brisbane, and 5-8 business days for a parcel to arrive in Perth. If you live rural, this will add extra time. Please be patient, it’s on its way.

If your order is urgent, give us a call on 1300 553 022 and we can often let you know where to purchase from a local retailer or we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional price.

What is the warranty?

We offer a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects on all our Track My Ride brand hardware trackers. You will find our warranty information included inside the box of your new tracker. Should you have an issue with your new GPS tracker, please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can try and resolve the issue remotely first. Typically, our team is able to resolve the majority of issues remotely so please let us know so we can help!

I’ve changed my mind, and want a refund

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, per our terms and conditions.

We’re reasonable people, and we can make an exception to this rule, at our sole discretion, if :

  • If your order was placed via our online shop at www.trackmyride.com.au/shop and hasn’t been dispatched yet, please let us know and we can cancel it and refund your payment back to you.
  • If your order was placed via our online shop at www.trackmyride.com.au/shop and it was dispatched, and it has been less than 14 days since you made your order, and you have not opened the product you received. We can process a refund less a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible for this refund, you must pay to return the goods back to us at our office. The goods must be in original condition, unopened and undamaged when received by us. We will only process a refund for this scenario once we receive the goods back.

I’ve used the hardware tracker and now I want to return it for a refund

Sorry, we don’t purchase hardware trackers back from our end users. Though, you can sell the hardware tracker on the second-hand market to someone else that could make use of it. If you want to do this, please let our team know so we can decommission the hardware tracker from your account.
