Customer service was 10 out of 10 after a couple of emails they sorted the problem from their side, I had the option to do it through the app ,but they were so helpful and sorted it all for me.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Easy to setup, easy to install in the vehicle - tracking and alerts work very well. App seems quite easy to navigate and use. A little harder to hide these in an obscure place the won’t be found by a car/caravan thief, as the need for power means they have to be placed where they can piggy back off a power supply somewhere, but a bit of creativity can come up with some ideas.
