Track My Ride hardware trackers operate on the national Telstra, Optus and Vodafone 4G networks to provide you with real-time GPS tracking. Please check the coverage map links below to ensure your intended area of use is covered by the network footprint. The mobile network coverage maps should be used as a guide only – whilst the network operates try to ensure accuracy, factors such as building construction, local conditions and network traffic volumes may impact your localised network signal strength and experience.

If you’re driving in a blackspot or outside the network coverage area, your Track My Ride GPS tracker will store its data in its internal memory. Your tracking data will be automatically uploaded once you return to the network coverage area. The TMR-S8 and TMR-S8W can store up to 400,000 points internally, which is way more than you’ll likely ever need to store!

Track My Ride GPS trackers requires an active hardware service plan to operate and keep your tracker running on the mobile network. No need to buy your own sim card, all mobile data is covered under your service plan with roaming across Telstra, Optus and Vodafone in Australia for maximum coverage. This makes setting up your new GPS tracker super easy. You can find more information on our hardware service plans at www.trackmyride.com.au/pricing
