The driver you have selected will no longer have their GPS tracks recorded by their linked mobile. However, if you reactivate them at a later date, their mobile tracking will resume.

Deactivating a driver's mobile tracking will not reduce the number of TMR Mobile Tracking licences you're billed for. To reduce your TMR Mobile Tracking licence subscription, please adjust this under your Account -> Billing area.

The Telstra and Optus 3G networks are shutting down on 28 October 2024, to enable the growth of the newer 4G networks. The Vodafone 3G network is already shutdown. The 3G network towers are already being decommissioned, with more 3G towers turned off every day. Your 3G tracker(s) may cease to operate before the 3G network is fully shutdown.

You currently have 1x 3G tracker active on your account which will cease to operate and will be deactivated when the 3G network is shut down.

Schedule this report to be automatically run and emailed to you periodically.

To receive a daily report select the period as Today, and choose 5PM for the scheduled hour. Your report will include all the daily data from midnight to 5PM.

• Your new hardware tracker will be prorated into your current billing period.
• Track My Ride hardware can only be installed in vehicles you own, or where you have written permission from the owner authorising installation and operation of Track My Ride in the vehicle.
• It is against our Terms and Conditions to track anyone who isn't aware they're being tracked.
• Track My Ride hardware is not certified for usage in Aircraft and must not be installed in Aircraft.
• From 27 September 2024, new 3G trackers will not be eligible to be activated as the 3G network in Australia is being shutdown.

Reactivate a tracker that used to be active on your account.

• Please allow between 5 and 60 minutes for reactivated trackers to become active on the mobile network.
• Reactivation will be pro rata billed into on your billing period.
• From 28 October 2024, 3G trackers will not be eligible to be reactivated as the 3G network in Australia has been shutdown. To upgrade a legacy 3G tracker that used to be associated with your account to a new 4G tracker please first visit https://app.trackmyride.com.au/v2/upgrade/

Deactivate a tracker that is currently active on your account.

• Deactivated trackers and their associated vehicle record will be removed from your account immediately.
• A deactivated 4G hardware tracker can be reactivated again in the future at any time.
• Your Hardware Tracking licences will be scheduled to be reduced at the end of your current billing period.
• Due to fixed costs associated with providing your hardware tracking subscription we cannot issue a refund for deactivated hardware trackers mid billing period, per our Terms and Conditions.
